These Terms of Service govern your use of Petline AI's services. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

Petline AI provides an AI-powered clinical scribe that listens to veterinary consultations, transcribes voice recordings, and generates structured SOAP notes and clinical documentation for veterinary practices. Our AI is designed to assist, not replace, veterinary medical judgment.

Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. After the trial period, your selected plan will begin billing unless you cancel.

Setup Fee

A one-time $299 setup fee covers custom configuration, scribe model training, and integration with your practice management systems. This fee is non-refundable after setup is complete.

Limitation of Liability

Petline AI is a clinical documentation tool and does not provide veterinary medical advice. SOAP notes and transcriptions are generated from consultation audio and should be reviewed by a licensed veterinarian before finalizing in patient records.
